Luxury Apartments located on the main street of Kitanomine, with a 5 minute walk to the Kitanomine Gondola. Situated in the heart of Kitanomine, local restaurants, bars and convenience stores are all within walking distance.

1.Accomodation (Luxury Apartments)
@ The Yukibanya Project is in response to the lack of luxury accomodation aimed at thelong-term stay market for family or group cliental.
A There is currently no company in Furano who offers all-year round management for clients who wish to purchase a property.
B To accommodate the needs of various clients, the pent house is designed as a combination of two 1 Bedroom and one 2 LDK apartments .
C Each apartment commands a view of the Tokachidake Mountain Range, rural scenery and Furano city from the living room.
D A bilingual team stationed at the front desk to offer support for international clients and guests .

2.The 1st Floor will be used as a Public Area whilst the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors are Client's Private Accomodation.
@ The 2nd and 3rd Floors are each comprised of two 1 bedroom and two 2 bedroom apartments.
A The 4th floor is comprised of two spacious Penthouses.
B International standard SIZE ,MODULE, DESIGN for everyone

3.The 1st Floor Public Area Facilities.
@ Eating Establishment(cafe/restaurant).
A Front desk and Office
B OutdoorTerrace(Along the east and north elavations with direct access to the cafe).
C A multi-purpose room which can accommodate conferences of up to 30 people.
D Ski Lockers and toilets.
E Two tennant spaces (possibility of a massage tennant)
F The 1st Floor is barrier free.

Born in New Zealand,and raised in Australia,Jessica has been living in Japan for 5 years.
She graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts: Asian Studies,majoring in Japanese.
She currently teaches English at the local primary schools and is often seen around Furano performing with the local Taiko drumming group,out and about at local cafes,enjoying the beautiful hot springs,or on the first gondola at 9am in winter.
